Death Becomes Her

"Death Becomes Her" is a dark comedy film directed by Robert Zemeckis, released in 1992. The story revolves around two lifelong rivals, Madeline Ashton (played by Meryl Streep) and Helen Sharp (played by Goldie Hawn). Madeline is a narcissistic actress, while Helen is an insecure writer. Their rivalry intensifies when Madeline steals Helen's fiancé, plastic surgeon Ernest Menville (played by Bruce Willis).

Years later, Madeline and Helen meet again, and Madeline is still glamorous while Helen is overweight and bitter. Helen reveals to Madeline a mysterious potion that grants eternal youth and immortality. Madeline, intrigued, seeks out the potion and becomes immortal. However, immortality comes with a price, as both Madeline and Helen experience horrifying physical mishaps, but their bodies do not die.
